–Kristen Stewart covers Vanity Fair’s September issue, opening up about her career path, her on-again girlfriend Stella Maxwell, her belief in ghosts, and how she eventually recovered from Twilight mania. The video of her going through her film roles is incredibly charming. (I only wish she would have continued talking about Clouds of Sils Maria and explained the ending ’cause I’m still confused.)

–Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello have taken their summer lovefest to the beach. If this is real, it’s A LOT.

-On What What Happens Live, Andy Cohen pressed Tituss Burgess on his co-star Eddie Murphy being “very problematic for the gays” and the Kimmy Schmidt star did not appreciate it. The actor then posted on Instagram that Cohen can be “a messy queen.”

-Look, the Cats movie is probably going to be a trash but at least it gifted us with this clip of Idris Elba trying to teach Stephen Colbert how to walk like a cat.

-I don’t believe for a second that Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Garner are dating, but they’ve been friends since Alias so I’m actually surprised it took tabloids this long to put them together.

–Lady Gaga‘s rumoured new boyfriend is an audio engineer who worked with her on her Vegas residency.

–Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner got matching tats in honour of their late dog, who was killed last week by a hit and run.

-Man, early buzz for Mindy Kaling‘s Four Weddings And A Funeral adaptation wasn’t great, but the reviews are out now and they’re really, really negative. (Indiewire didn’t hate it, tho!)

-Twelve strangers (including Betty Gilpin, Justin Hartley, Ike Barinholtz and Emma Roberts) wake up in a clearing, not knowing how they got there — or that Hilary Swank now plans to hunt them down for sport in the trailer for the aptly named The Hunt.

-Perpetual fangirl Emma Stone says she “involuntarily screamed” while watching BTS do their sound check for this weekend’s SNL.

–Justin Bieber returned to Instagram today to update fans on his struggles, posting “Getting better everyday..bouncing back..I will never stop fighting.”

-Speaking of opening up about mental health on Instagram, Ariana Grande talked about her PTSD and documented her brain scans. She followed up with “Didn’t mean to startle anyone with my brain thingy. it just blew me away.”

-In response to Johnny Depp‘s $50M lawsuit, Amber Heard filed a court motion to dismiss the lawsuit, in which she cites several instances when the actress says he hit her, shoved her, threw cans and glass bottles at her or ripped out her hair.

-Looks like Ben Affeck and Lindsay Shookus‘ reconciliation didn’t take.

-Now poor Emma Bunton has been dragged into the Scary Spice/Ginger Spice drama.

-Disney announced details of its new streaming service Disney+ yesterday, and judging but online reaction they hit it out of the park. While Apple’s presentation failed because they held everything back, Disney won but doing the opposite. It’s way cheaper than everyone expected it to me ($6.99/month or $70/year), it will allow you to download content to watch online, and it’s coming with a slew of shows out of the gate, including a live-action Lady and the Tramp, starring Tessa Thompson and Justin Theroux, and Jon Favreau‘s The Mandalorian Star Wars series. Shows to be added later include MCU spinoffs The Falcon and The Winter Soldier (starring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan), WandaVision (starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany) and the yet-unnamed show about Hawkeye and Kate Bishop, starring Jeremy Renner.

–Kim Kardashian West is the latest celebrity to get Vogue’s 73 Questions treatment — and it’s the most extensive glimpse we’ve gotten of their weird, blank canvas-y house. How do they actually live there? There’s no furniture!

-After weeks of speculation, Wendy Williams filed for divorce from her husband of 20 years amid rumours he had a baby with his mistress.

-This is a big deal. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are breaking from tradition and avoiding the dog and pony show outside the hospital after welcoming their kid. Instead the palace says they have “taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private” and that “look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family.”

–Lori Loughlin is reportedly coming to terms with how much trouble she’s in. A source tells E!, “Lori is finally realizing just how serious this is. She is seeing the light that she will do jail time and is freaking out.”

-I wrote a Game of Thrones refresher before this weekend’s premiere and when doing some season 7 rewatching, I realized I had forgotten A LOT.

-Meanwhile, James Corden made one of his writers binge GoT in one, 67-hour sitting.

–Brie Larson teaching Oprah about the French tuck is adorable. (Also adorable, Gayle saving Oprah from admitting she doesn’t know Tan from Queer Eye.)

–Donald Glover and Rihanna‘s Guava Island, a music-driven, hour-long film shot largely in secret in Havana, is dropping this weekend. It’s a tropical thriller written by Glover’s brother and costaring Letitia Wright featuring Glover playing local musician character is determined to throw a festival for his island community. It’ll premiere on Coachella’s YouTube channel this weekend ahead of Glover’s headlining set, and stream for free on Amazon.

–Drake‘s Euphoria starring Zendaya just got a premiere date and trailer.

-I guess people still aren’t over Theranos? Kate McKinnon will play Elizabeth Holmes in a new Hulu miniseries.

-Disney’s upcoming streaming service keeps adding new shows. The latest is a Love, Simon spinoff.

-Reading this interview with Bret Easton Ellis and seeing how Isaac Chotiner destroys him really made my day.
